Ingredients:Black gram bean (उड़द की छिलके वाली दाल),
Chana dal (चना दाल),
grated onions -2,
grated tomatoes -2,
garlic cloves-4,
salt to taste,
turmeric powder -1 spoon,
coriander powder-2 spoon,
Cumin seeds-1 spoon,
black cardamom-4,
bay leaf-4,
desi ghee – 2 spoon,
water – 3 glass.
